PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide LEV-type zeolite containing phosphorus, and a simple and industrial method for producing LEV-type zeolite containing phosphorus.SOLUTION: Provided are LEV-type zeolite containing phosphorus, and a method for producing LEV-type zeolite comprising a crystallization step of crystallizing a raw material composition including a silica source, an alumina source, and a structure directing agent, where the structure directing agent is a tetramethyl phosphonium cation source. Here, the tetramethyl phosphonium cation source is preferably at least one selected from the group consisting of tetramethyl phosphonium hydroxide, tetramethyl phosphonium bromide, tetramethyl phosphonium chloride, and tetramethyl phosphonium iodide.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
