Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which conventionally it is difficult to track a specific subject when a size of the specific subject varies or due to an influence of a background image.SOLUTION: The subject tracking device according to the present invention comprises: an image input part that inputs a moving image; a subject setting part that sets an initial position of a specific subject targeted for tracking; a template generation part that generates an initial template image in which updating other than resizing is not performed and a labelling template image in which updating an image is performed in accordance with a preset condition as a template image for tracking the specific subject; and a subject tracking part that performs a relative size adjustment among the initial template image, the labelling template image and an image to be input from the image input part and tracks a position of the specific subject in an image to be input from the image input part.
