Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent information relating to photometric results to be informed to a user from changing unnaturally when a radiation direction of an illuminating device is automatically changed.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus can perform light-emission photographing using an illuminating device provided with a light emitting part capable of changing a radiation direction. The imaging apparatus includes: photometric means; display means capable of displaying information relating to photometric results using the photometric means; and display controlling means for controlling the display means. The display controlling means controls the display means so that information relating to the photometric results is not displayed when the illuminating device is currently performing a first operation, in which a plurality of light emissions are performed while a radiation direction of the light emitting part is automatically changed toward a plurality of different directions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
