Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the image quality of an added image by suppressing an increase in noise due to addition of a plurality of images in an imaging apparatus and method in which the successively photographed images are added to form an added image.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus includes: an imaging part 20 for successively photographing subjects in plural times; an image processing part 108 in which respective images successively photographed are added to form an added image; and an exposure condition calculation part 110 which, based on the set and input exposure condition, calculates the minimum number of photographing times capable of calculating a plurality of predetermined exposure times and the unit exposure time of each photography in the minimum number of photographing times. The imaging part 20 performs each photography of the minimum number of photographing times based on the unit exposure time, and the image processing part 108 forms an added image of a plurality of exposure times by addition of the image acquired by each photography of the unit exposure time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
