PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a logistics management apparatus, a logistics management method, and a program, which can more continuously monitor an environment in which a package is placed in a transportation process.SOLUTION: A logistics management apparatus according to an embodiment includes an information acquisition unit and an information processing unit. The information acquisition unit acquires identification information of a package, identification information corresponding to a first sensor device acquiring environmental information of a storage location included in a section where the package is transported, identification information of a second sensor device moving with the package, environmental information acquired by the first sensor device, environmental information acquired by the second sensor device, and history information on which predetermined processing has been performed on the package. The information processing unit synthesizes the information acquired by the information acquisition unit and generates section environment information indicating an environment in which the package is placed in the section where the package is transported.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
