Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of smoothly executing control so as to be precisely matched to a user's intended composition when a zoom control is executed by a remote control.SOLUTION: An imaging system is constructed by enabling to communicate an imaging device and an external device for displaying a live view image from the imaging device. The imaging device includes: an acquiring part that acquires information of a zoom position; and a transmission part that transmits the live view image with the information of the zoom position to the external device. The external device includes: a reception part that receives the live view image and the attended information of zoom position; a display part that displays the live view image; an indication part that indicates a start and a stop of zoom to the imaging device; and a specification part that specifies the zoom position corresponding to the zoom position attended to the live view image displayed at the time when the stop is indicated as a target position in the case where the stop of the zoom is indicated after the start of the zoom is indicated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10E
