Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine a radiation direction of an illumination device by a method suitable for the use of an optical member for changing a radiation range.SOLUTION: An imaging system comprises: an illumination device capable of automatically driving a movable part including a light emission part for changing a radiation direction of the light emission part; and an imaging device. The imaging system includes: judgement means for judging whether an optical member capable of expanding a radiation range of the light emission part is present or not in a position forward in the radiation direction of the light emission part; and determination means for determining the radiation direction of the light emission part. The determination means makes a method, for determining the radiation direction of the light emission part, different depending on whether the optical member capable of expanding the radiation range of the light emission part is present or not in the position forward in the radiation direction of the light emission part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
