Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new image matching method and device.SOLUTION: An image matching method of the present invention includes: extracting border lines of an X-ray image and an appearance image; determining the degree of similarity between the border lines of the X-ray image and the appearance image; and determining that the X-ray image and the appearance image are from the same item if the degree of similarity between the border lines of the X-ray image and the appearance image is a threshold value or more of a preset degree of similarity. The image matching method and device according to an embodiment of the present invention can improve security inspection efficiency because they can improve the accuracy of image matching.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
