Abstract:
A piezoelectric oscillator (1) is provided with a piezoelectric oscillation element (10), a base member (30), and a lid member (40). The lid member (40) has a top wall part (41) and a side wall part (42), the side wall part (42) having a facing surface (43B) facing the base member (30). The base member (30) is provided with a power supply electrode to which the piezoelectric oscillation element (10) is connected, and a grounding electrode used for grounding. The grounding electrode is electrically connected to the lid member (40) by a joining member (50). An electroconductive adhesive has a resin-based adhesive (51) and an electroconductive filler (52). The ratio of the volume of the electroconductive filler (52) relative to the total volume of the electroconductive adhesive is 3 to 18 vol% inclusive.
