Abstract:
To provide a pile fabric using an extremely fine fiber as a pile yarn, excellent in touch feeling, having a good napping property, and having an excellent outer appearance, and to provide a method for producing the same.
In the pile fabric consisting of a ground weave portion and a pile portion, the pile portion consists of the extremely fine fibers having a crimp elongation rate of 80-150%, and a fineness of 0.07-0.5 dtex.
