Abstract:
When attaching a cap to a pipe using a screw, the rotational force of the screw when being screwed into the cap will sometimes result in the cap rotating together with the screw and the cap tilting and rising from the end of the pipe. The purpose of the invention is to provide a pipe cap such that rising from the end of the pipe in such cases is prevented. The invention is characterized by having: a cover that is mounted to an open end of the pipe; and a rising prevention means for preventing a screwable engagement attaching member that attaches the cover to the pipe by rotating from causing the cover to rotate with the rotation of the screwable engagement attaching member and rise from the open end of the pipe.
