To provide a pipe joint capable of preventing degradation of a water stop performance to a connection pipe due to separation of a water stop member from a prescribed position in inserting the connection pipe into a joint main body, by preventing positional deviation of an insertion guide due to impact shock at falling and the like.SOLUTION: A joint main body 2 of a pipe joint 1 has a fluid passage 3 at an inner peripheral side of a cylindrical guide portion, and forming a guide passage 9 into which a connection pipe S is pressed with an inner peripheral surface 10a of an outer peripheral-side inner body 10. A water stop member 15 disposed in a recessed groove portion of the guide portion is provided with ring-shaped first projecting portion 16 and second projecting portion 17 along an insertion direction of the connection pipe S, and an insertion guide 20 as a guide in pressing the connection pipe S to the guide passage 9 is placed on a recessed portion between the first projecting portion 16 and the second projecting portion 17. The first projecting portion 16 is provided with penetration grooves formed at prescribed intervals in a circumferential direction, and does not have water stop performance even in being pressed by the connection pipe S.
