PURPOSE: To obtain the multistage logic circuit which is scarcely influenced by a fluctuation of a temperature and a power supply voltage.
CONSTITUTION: An intermediate voltage of a differential output of logic circuits 10, 20 and 30 of each stage, and a reference voltage generated by reference voltage generating parts 21, 31 of the logic circuits 20, 30 of its next stage are compared by voltage comparing parts 16, 26 and 36. From a result of this comparison, in the case it becomes clear that these voltage values do not match with each other, control voltage generating parts 17, 27 and 37 vary an output level adjusting voltage, and execute adjustment of the differential output. By this adjustment of the differential output, an average voltage value of the differential output and a voltage value of the reference voltage of the logical circuits 20, 30 of the next stage can be allowed to match with each other.
