Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology achieving creation of a plan for unloading and loading at a port to call next, based on a loading situation after performing unloading and loading.SOLUTION: A plan creation device includes a plan creation device control unit 110 which creates a base plan, which is a loading plan, by arranging each vehicle image for showing a vehicle to be loaded in a ship on a ship map image for showing the ship, based on input received from a planner. The plan creation device control unit 110 creates a tally plan in which a loading actual result is reflected by arranging the vehicle image for showing the vehicle loaded in the ship based on the base plan on the ship map image, and creates the base plan by adding the vehicle image into the ship map image with respect to the tally plan.
