Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enhance a filling rate of sherbetlike ice produced in an ice heat storage tank and stably produce ice without ice coating on a nozzle portion, from which jets refrigerant R.
CONSTITUTION: An inner cylinder 11 is provided in an ice heat storage tank 1 to define an ice storage area 13 and an ice making area 15. Provided in an upper portion of the ice making area 15 is provided a refrigerant supply passage 27, to which a refrigerant R is supplied from a refrigerant storage portion 3 at a bottom of the ice making area 15 through a refrigerant pipe 21 such that the refrigerant R is jetted from a nozzle portion 31a formed in a lower portion of the refrigerant supply passage 27.
