Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire enabling mounting a hook-and-loop fastener on a tire inner surface in a tire molding process, and effectively preventing falling of the hook-and-loop fastener in the tire molding process, and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a pneumatic tire includes: repeatedly forming on a belt-like hook-and-loop fastener 10, a cut processing part 15 comprising the group of a plurality of notches 14 extending in the width direction thereof without traversing the hook-and-loop fastener 10, along a tire circumferential direction; dividing the hook-and-loop fastener 10 into a plurality of components 16 by the notches 14; forming a pantagraph part 18 where the components 16 are expanded in the tire circumferential direction C, and a body part 17 generating no expansion to the tire circumferential direction; alternately arranging the pantagraph part 18 and the body part 17 so as to position the body part 17 in both ends in the tire circumferential direction; and arranging the hook-and-loop fastener 10 in a tire inner surface S in a state that the cut processing part 15 is stretched so as to connect the components 16 in the tire circumferential direction C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
