Abstract:
To increase a restraining force to a belt layer and to improve the durability of the tire. A band layer (8) of a spirally wound band-like ply (11) includes: a first ply portion (16) extending from a starting end (11a) located between the tire equator (C) and one end (7i) in the tire axial direction of a belt layer (7) to the one end (7i) in the tire axial direction of the belt layer (7); a second ply portion (17) extending from the one end (16i) in the tire axial direction of the first ply portion (16) to the other end (7t) in the tire axial direction of the belt layer (7); and a third ply portion (18) extending from the other end (17t) in the tire axial direction of the second ply portion (17) to a terminal end (11b) located between the tire equator (C) and the other end (17t) in the tire axial direction of the second ply portion (17). The band-like ply (11) is continuous from the starting end (11a) to the terminal end (11b) without interruption.
