Abstract:
To provide a pneumatic tire that has low heat build-up properties, and includes a reinforcement layer in which a PET fiber is coated with a rubber composition having excellent flexural fatigue resistance and adhesiveness.SOLUTION: A pneumatic tire has a reinforcement layer including aligned organic fiber cords. The organic fiber cord is composed of polyethylene terephthalate fiber. The reinforcement layer has an organic fiber cord coated with a rubber composition. The rubber composition contains a rubber component, a liquid diene polymer, and a crosslinker that binds the rubber component to the liquid diene polymer by C-C covalent bonding. The liquid diene polymer has a number average molecular weight of 5000 or more and 100000 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
