PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make customers possessing points easy to continuously receive services to be provided.SOLUTION: A point management server 4 comprises: a point storage unit 42 that stores a point outstanding indicative of the number of points usable by a user of points given to users according to a purchase amount of a product or service by the user in association with the user; a billing amount storage unit 41 that, in association with the user, stores a billing amount for each unit period in which a billing amount to the user is determined; and a calculation unit 451 that, of the point outstanding in an appropriation period including a plurality of unit periods, applies at least a part of an applicable amount corresponding to an applicable point applicable to the billing amount for the billing amount, and thereby calculates a correction billing amount in which the billing amount is corrected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
