Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polarizing plate protective film including a cellulose ester layer, the polarizing plate protective film excellent in low moisture permeability and interlayer adhesion and a manufacturing method of the same, and a polarizing plate and a liquid crystal display.SOLUTION: There are provided a polarizing plate protective film comprising a polymer B1 layer containing a polymer B1 that is adjacent to at least one surface of a cellulose ester layer and includes a repeating unit having a solubility parameter δt of 13.5 or more and less than 20.0, where the polymer B1 layer is formed by applying, onto a surface of the cellulose ester layer, a composition containing the polymer B1 and a solvent satisfying specific relational expressions [1] and [2], and has a moisture permeability for six hours in a condition of 85°C and a relative humidity of 85% is 100 g/mor more and 1600 g/mor less, and a manufacturing method of the same; and a polarizing plate and a liquid crystal display.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
