PURPOSE: To make a resin pressure in an accumulator chamber approximately uniform in the width direction thereof to inject a flat parison without a curl.
CONSTITUTION: In a flat blow molding equipment, an accumulator chamber 2 having a flat cross section is vertically provided in a housing 1; a flat plate- form mandrel 8 is disposed on the center of the accumulator chamber 2; a flat piston 3 is fitted into the flat mandrel 8; a resin in the accumulator chamber 2 is pressurized by lowering the flat piston 3; and the resin is extruded as a hollow flat parison 14 from a gap between a flat core 11 provided at the top end of the flat mandrel 8 and a flat die 12 provided at the lower end of the housing 1. Furthermore, a plurality of resin supply paths for leading the resin into the accumulator chamber 2 are arranged at intervals in the width direction X of the accumulator chamber 2, and a flow control valve 23 is provided in each of the supply paths.
