Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester-based fibrous fabric that solves the problem of environmental persistence and accumulating property in an ecosystem due to perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) and simultaneously achieves deep color in black and water-repellent performance having washing durability, by using a fluorine-based water-repellent agent having 6 or less carbon atoms which has not PFOA.SOLUTION: A polyester-based fibrous fabric can be produced by subjecting a fabric dyed in black including polyester-based fibers to low temperature plasma processing, after dying the fabric and then imparting and fixing a mixed dispersion comprising a fluorine-based water-repellent agent and acrylic acid ester polymer on the surface of the fibers applied the low temperature plasma processing and subsequently drying the fabric and subjecting the fabric to dry heat treatment. The water-repellent agent includes PFOA of less than 0.02 ppb obtained by time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometry. The fluorine-based water-repellent agent comprises a perfluoroalkyl group-containing acrylate copolymer having 6 or less carbon atoms.SELECTED DRAWING: None
