Abstract:
To provide a polyester monofilament for tooth brush that is excellent in flexibility (use feeling), durability (bristle breaking resistance), and recoverability (bristle opening resistance).SOLUTION: The present invention provides a polyester monofilament for tooth brush that has polytrimethylene terephthalate (PTT) and polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) mixed at a weight ratio of 85/15-65/35, and has a shrinkage in boiling water of less than 1.0%, and a tooth brush having the polyester monofilament for tooth brush used in an erected bristle portion.SELECTED DRAWING: None
