Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyethylene resin composition for foamable laminate which obtains a foamed cell (formed layer) having a sufficient height and good appearance with good productivity by heating, and is excellent in microwave oven suitability.SOLUTION: There is provided a polyethylene resin composition for formable laminate forming a polyethylene resin layer (I) to be foamed on at least one surface of a paper base material, where the polyethylene resin composition for formable laminate contains a polyethylene resin (A) satisfying the following (a-1) to (a-3) characteristics: (a-1) an MFR of 6 g/10 minutes or more and less than 20 g/10 minutes; (a-2) a density of 0.920-0.930 g/cm; and (a-3) a ratio of an elute at an elution temperature of 70°C or higher of 47-83 wt.% in an elution curve obtained by temperature rising elution fractionation (TREF) by orthodichlorobenzene.SELECTED DRAWING: None
