Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyol composition solving such a problem that the fire-retardancy and foam physical property of a conventional flexible polyurethane foam produced using a polyol, are insufficient.SOLUTION: There is provided the polyol composition containing polyol (a) and polymer polyol (b), the polyol (a) being an alkylene oxide adduct of active hydrogen-containing compound (HG), the polyol composition is a poly oxy alkylene polyol in which 40% or more of the hydroxyl group located at the end are primary hydroxyl group-containing group, and the hydroxyl group value x, the total unsaturation degree y and the ethylene oxide content z satisfy a specific mathematical formula (1), polymer polyol (b) is a polymer polyol having a particular physical property value, made to contain polymer fine particles having ethylenically unsaturated compound (E) as constitutional unit, in the polyol (PL).
