Abstract:
To provide a biaxially oriented polypropylene film excellent in element processability by controlling a surface shape, and high-temperature voltage resistance, when being used as a dielectric for a capacitor.SOLUTION: There is provided a biaxially oriented polypropylene film mainly composed of a polypropylene resin. The biaxially oriented polypropylene film has, at least on one side, a surface having a thickness (t) of 1.0-3.0 μm, a root-mean-square roughness (Sq) of 10-70 nm, a protrusion mountain height (Spk) of 10-90 nm, and a protrusion trough height (Svk) of 10-70 nm.SELECTED DRAWING: None
