Abstract:
To suppress response delay of a poppet due to secular change and damage of a location restriction part comprising a non-magnetic material provided between the poppet and a valve casing.SOLUTION: A poppet valve includes: a valve seat; a poppet provided opposing to the valve seat; an actuator for driving the poppet; a first valve casing in which the actuator is stored and which has an end surface on the opposite side from the valve seat of the poppet or an opposing surface opposing to the end surface; and a thermal spraying layer formed at least part of the end surface of the poppet valve or the opposing surface of the first valve casing, and constituted by a non-magnetic material. Vickers hardness Hv1 of the end surface of the poppet valve and Vickers hardness Hv2 of the thermal spraying layer has a relationship of (Hv1-50Hv)≤Hv2≤(Hv1+100Hv).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
