To provide a portable radiological imaging apparatus and a radiological imaging system which prevent a battery from getting exhausted, and can sufficiently remove an excessive charge from radiation detecting elements.
This portable radiological imaging apparatus 1 includes a plurality of radiation detecting elements 7 which are two-dimensionally arranged in each region r partitioned by a scanning line 5 and a signal line 6, a switch means 8 which is arranged for each radiation detecting element 7, a scanning-driving means 15 which controls ON/OFF of the switch means 8 by controlling a voltage applied to the switch means 8, and the battery 41. The scanning-driving means 15 applies the ON voltage Von1 of a specified voltage value to the switch means 8 through each scanning line 5 at the time of a resetting process of the radiation detecting elements 7 for discharging the excessive electric charge which has been accumulated in the radiation detecting elements 7 prior to the radiological imaging. Then, the scanning-driving means 15 makes the voltage value of the ON voltage fall, and keeps applying the ON voltage Von2 which has been lowered to the switch means 8 through each scanning line 5 until the irradiation of the X ray is started.
