Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a damage state of a positioning device of a release state.SOLUTION: A center column (7) insertable into a hole (6) of a work pallet (5) is projected upward from a housing (2). An output rod (19) inserted into an inner peripheral hole (18) of the center column (7) is connected to an annular pressing member (29), and an inner peripheral surface of its pressing member (29) is engaged by a wedge from the upper side with an external inclined plane (28) of the center column (7). A detection hole (57) is formed on a peripheral wall of its pressing member (29). When the output rod (19) releasably drives the pressing member (29) upward, the inner peripheral surface of the pressing member (29) closes a flow passage (58) of the center column (7), and stops supplying of pressurized air of the flow passage (58) to the detection hole (57). When the output rod (19) lockably drives the pressing member (29) downward, the pressurized air of the flow passage (58) is supplied to the detection hole (57).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
