Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder coating device having a mechanism for leveling a surface of powder when depositing a film.SOLUTION: A powder coating device 100 according to the present invention has a barrel 3, exhaust means 4 for subjecting the inside of the barrel to vacuum drawing, and a sputtering device 2 installed in the barrel and having at least one target 6. The barrel has a main axis C directed to a horizontal direction and also rotates on the main axis C. The sputtering device forms a coating film on a surface of powder 7 put in the barrel. The powder coating device 100 further has a powder rise suppressing component 13 and a leveling component 9 for powder. The powder rise suppressing component 13 is coupled to a place, corresponding to neither the target itself nor a part electrically connected to the target in the sputtering device to be fixed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
