Abstract:

To provide a powder composition carrying a large amount of oil components, excellent in flowability, and improved in dispersibility of the oil components to a product, etc.SOLUTION: A powder composition includes an oil component carried by powdering base material, in which the oil component has solubility of 1 g/100 mL or less with respect to water and is a substance which is liquid at a room temperature, and the powdering base material includes sorbitol having specific surface of 5.0 m2/g or more measured by the BET one point method and a pore volume of 0.45 mL/g or larger measured by the mercury press-in method, and an impregnation rate of the oil component to the powdering base material is 1-50 wt.%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
