Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize such a dust core that can keep a magnetic characteristic even when it is used in a high-temperature environment and shows no reduction of strength or no dimensional change, and can endure cutting or the like. SOLUTION: This dust core is formed by joining an iron powder or an iron powder whose surface is covered with a phosphate compound film, with a resin. The joint resin is made of polyphenylene sulfide or thermoplastic polyimide, and the content of resin is 0.15 to 1 mass percentage of total mass.
