Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of simultaneously performing heating and drying processing of a powder and granular material and regeneration processing of an adsorbent without increasing in the size of a device.SOLUTION: A powder and granular material processing device 1 includes: a drying hopper 2; a circulation pipe line 51; an air current generator 54 for generating an air current in the circulation pipe line 51; a drying heater 57 for heating gas in the circulation pipe line 51; a bypass pipe line 61; and a discharge pipe line 71 connected to the bypass pipe line 61. Both ends of the circulation pipe line 51 are connected to an intake port 26 and a blowout port 27 of the drying hopper 2, respectively. The bypass pipe line 61 connects the upstream side and the downstream side of the air current generator 54 with each other. In the bypass pipe line 61, a dehumidifier 62 and a first on-off valve 64 disposed downstream of the dehumidifier 62 are interposed. The discharge pipe line 71 is connected to the bypass pipe line 61 between the dehumidifier 62 and the first on-off valve 64. In the discharge pipe line 71, a second on-off valve 72 is interposed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
