Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for effectively using coal ash generated from coal-fired power or the like.SOLUTION: There is provided a powdery composition containing, on the basis of 100 pts.mass of coal ash, 0.1 to 15 pts.mass of calcium hydroxide, 7 to 50 pts.mass of blast furnace slag and 0.1 to 6 pts.mass of alkaline earth metal phosphate. Compared to coal ash single powder, elution of various metals or fluorine is prevented and storage and distribution become available without using a special facility. Also it can be used as a blending component for soil solidification material usefully and, at that time, effusion of an unburnt carbon content can also be prevented.
