Abstract:
To prevent generation of an inrush current while suppressing an increase of power consumption.SOLUTION: A power supply circuit in an embodiment comprises: a first transistor that is controlled so as to turn on/off by a control signal supplied to a gate to supply an output based on an input power-supply voltage to a load or stop the supply of the output to the load; a second transistor with one end of a current path connected to the gate of the first transistor and the other end connected to a reference potential point, the second transistor turning on/off according to a level of a gate voltage of the second transistor; a capacitor that is connected between an input end of the power-supply voltage and the gate of the second transistor; and a voltage holding circuit that is connected between the gate of the second transistor and the reference potential point, and holds the gate voltage of the second transistor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
