PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power consumption management device, a user device, a power consumption management system, a power consumption management method, and a power consumption management program, capable of increasing user's consciousness to power saving.SOLUTION: A power consumption management device includes: an acquisition part for acquiring operation history information related to an operation history of electrical equipment in a facility of a user; a schedule creation part for creating candidate information indicating the candidate of a use schedule of the electrical equipment in the facility on the basis of the operation history information acquired by the acquisition part and time zone-categorized electricity charge information in the facility; a transmission part for transmitting the candidate information created by the schedule creation part to the user device corresponding to the facility; and a reception part for receiving response information indicating a response of the user to the candidate information from the user device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
