Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce demand power by allowing a power storage device connected to a certain electric power substation to transfer power based on the operation of the power storage device of another electric power substation.SOLUTION: A power control system comprises: an estimating section that acquires power incoming information indicating power supplied to a target electric power substation, acquires feed information indicating power supplied from the target electric power substation, acquires charge/discharge information indicating the charging/discharging of a power storage device connected to the target electric power substation, acquires traffic information indicating train traffic, and calculates estimation value, which is an estimated value of power in the target electric power substation, based on the power incoming information, feed information, charging/discharging information, and traffic information; and a determining section that determines a first operation for a first power storage device corresponding to the first electric power substation based on the estimation power of the first electric power substation among a plurality of electric power substations, and determines a second operation for a second power storage device corresponding to a second electric power substation based on the estimation power of the second electric power substation among a plurality of electric power substations and the first operation.
