Abstract:
To provide a power control system capable of ensuring both traveling convenience of a vehicle and economic efficiency such as utility costs of a building by appropriately predicting a power generation amount of a solar power generation device and a traveling schedule of the vehicle.SOLUTION: In the power control system for controlling supply of power to a house equipped with a solar cell panel 1, a control unit 6 of a management server 5 includes: a power consumption prediction unit 62 for predicting a power consumption amount of the house; a generated power prediction unit 63 for predicting an amount of power generated by the solar cell panel; a travel schedule prediction unit 64 for predicting a travel schedule of an electric vehicle 4 equipped with a vehicle-mounted storage battery 41 connected to the house; and a charging/discharging control unit 61 for controlling charge and discharge of the vehicle-mounted storage battery. The charging/discharging control unit determines a charge amount for charging the vehicle-mounted storage battery from an external system power based on prediction of the power consumption prediction unit, the generated power prediction unit, the travel schedule prediction unit, and a remaining capacity amount of a stationary storage battery 7 and the vehicle-mounted storage battery.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
