Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable power generation cost reduction and enable countermeasures against disasters.SOLUTION: A control device 1 is connectable via a network with a hybrid power supply system 9 that includes a storage battery 92 and a commercial power system 93 and supplies power to a load, and controls the amount of charging and discharging of the storage battery 92. The control device 1 comprises: a disaster prediction unit 12 that obtains disaster information from the outside, and obtains a prediction value of a parameter related to a disaster on the basis of the obtained disaster information; a penalty determination unit 13 that determines a penalty of an objective function related to optimization of the amount of charging and discharging of the storage battery on the basis of the prediction value obtained by the disaster prediction unit 12; an optimization unit 14 that creates an operation plan which is a control plan of the amount of charging and discharging of the storage battery on the basis of the penalty determined by the objective function and the penalty determination unit 13; and a communication unit 11 that outputs the operation plan created by the optimization unit 14 to the system.
