Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion device which implements auto-tuning of mutual inductance M taking magnetic saturation into account and automatic setting relating to a command value of an excitation current and stably realizes a high torque even in an extremely low-speed range during vector control operation.SOLUTION: An auto-tuning method of a power conversion device for driving a dielectric motor includes the steps of: during an aut-tuning mode, changing a voltage command value over several stages by changing a ratio of an output voltage/output frequency of a dielectric motor 1 by a V/F control part 5 that outputs the voltage command value of the dielectric motor 1; detecting an excitation current that changes over several stages, by a current detector 3; and calculating reactive power based on the voltage command value, a current detection value and a speed command value and estimating mutual inductance of the dielectric motor that changes over several stages, from the reactive power by a mutual inductance calculation part 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
