Abstract:
To further downsize a transformer size by making a switching frequency high while maintaining control resolution of output voltage by reducing deviation in positive and negative current peak values by shortening as much as possible time required for detection of a trigger signal and output of a switching signal while suppressing increase in cost, and increasing time resolution when outputting a switching signal.SOLUTION: A trigger signal STG indicating that primary side current of a transformer Tr has achieved target current and a clock signal of a different phase are inputted in switching signal generating circuits 63 to 66. Respective switching signal generating circuit generates a switching signal turning one of second and fourth switching elements Q2 and Q4 from on to off and turning the other from off to on according to variation in the clock signal generated while the trigger signal STG is generated. An output circuit 67 outputs a switching signal generated earliest in the switching signal generating circuit as drive signals for driving the second and fourth switching elements Q2 and Q4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
