Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a force detection device capable of improving accuracy of force detection while miniaturizing the device, and to provide a robot, an electronic component conveyance device, an electronic component testing device, a component processing device, and a mobile body.SOLUTION: A force detection device includes: a first substrate; a second substrate; a circuit board provided between the first substrate and the second substrate; and an element mounted on the circuit board and outputting a signal in response to external force. A hole is formed in the circuit board at a location where the element is arranged. The first substrate is provided with a first convex part which is inserted into the hole and projected toward the element. Further, the element is arranged inside the first convex part when viewed from a vertical direction to the first substrate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
