To provide a power storage element capable of suppressing a deterioration in pressure resistance.SOLUTION: A power storage device 10 includes: a plurality of power storage elements 100; an end member 400 disposed on a side of the plurality of power storage elements 100; a terminal block 850 (fixing member) fixed on the end member 400; and a bus bar holding member 900 disposed on an electrode terminal side of the plurality of power storage elements 100, the bus bar holding member 900 holding a bus bar 800 connecting electrode terminals of the plurality of power storage elements 100.
