Abstract:
To provide a power supply unit for an aerosol inhaler capable of reducing footprints of capacitors on a circuit board while appropriately protecting first and second control devices.SOLUTION: A power supply unit 10 for an aerosol inhaler 1 includes: a power supply 12 able to discharge power to a load for generating aerosol from an aerosol source; a charger 13 and a control unit 50 which are configured to control at least one of charging and discharging of the power supply 12; a second circuit board 77 on which the charger 13 and the control unit 50 are disposed; a first capacitor 74 connected in parallel with the charger 13 on an input side of the charger 13; and a second capacitor 75 connected in parallel with the control unit 50 on an input side of the control unit 50. The capacity of the first capacitor 74 is different from the capacity of the second capacitor 75.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
