[Solution] This motive power transmission device has: a differential mechanism; a case for housing the differential mechanism; a pinion gear supported by the case; a wall part overlapping the case in the axis direction; a plate provided between the wall part and the case in the axis direction; and a guide member for guiding lubricating oil from the case side to the wall part side.
