Abstract:
To provide a power transmission path with which a power reception-side vehicle can receive transmitted power with high efficiency, without involving an increase of the laying cost and complication of a device.SOLUTION: A power transmission system 1 for wirelessly supplying power to a vehicle 104 includes: a power transmission electrode 102 that transmits high frequency power inputted to an input end thereof; and an RF rectification circuit 3 that is provided at an output end of the power transmission electrode 102 and that has an input impedance equal to a characteristic impedance of the power transmission electrode 102. As a result of provision of the RF rectification circuit 3, a reflected wave is adjusted to zero, whereby occurrence of a standing wave can be suppressed, and power can be stably supplied to the vehicle 104.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
