Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded adiabatic material capable of preventing the stress destruction.SOLUTION: A molded adiabatic material comprising a plurality of laminated layers that comprise: carbon fiber cross-connected fiber felt; a protection carbon layer composed of carbonaceous material covering the surface of carbon fiber of the fiber felt; a carbon fiber sheet composed of carbonaceous material; a fiber mat having carbon fibers deposited from an infusible isotropic pitch as a raw material; and a matrix composed of carbonaceous material covering the surface of carbon fiber of the fiber mat, in which on at least one surface of the molded adiabatic material, the carbon fiber is disposed; the carbon fiber layer is not continuously deposited; in the carbon fiber sheet, carbon fibers are randomly oriented three-dimensionally; and in the carbon fiber layer, carbon fibers are oriented in a direction perpendicular to the stacking direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
