Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel stocks that can control soil diseases of solanaceous plants, while to provide soil disease control techniques using the stocks.SOLUTION: The subject is solved by a stock for controlling soil disease of solanaceous plants characterized by being Solanum muricatum and by a soil disease control method of solanaceous plants characterized by grafting a solanaceous plant (except Solanum muricatum) as a scion on Solanum muricatum as a stock. According to the present invention, soil diseases can be easily controlled since soil disease control ability provided by Solanum muricatum can be imparted to a solanaceous plant grafted as a scion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
