Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of obtaining easily at high yield, a nanomaterial excellent not only in liquid-phase dispersibility but also in gas-phase dispersibility.SOLUTION: A method for preparing a highly-dispersible nanomaterial has a suspension step, for mixing and suspending bulk powder into a solvent, a filtration step for filtering a suspension liquid obtained in the suspension step, a freezing step for freezing a filtrate obtained in the filtration step to be solidified immediately and quickly, and a vacuum drying step for subliming the solvent to be removed by vacuum drying from a frozen solidified product obtained in the freezing step. A highly-dispersible nanomaterial can be obtained easily at high yield both in a liquid phase and in a gas phase, especially by following operations: an individual solvent is used at room temperature and normal pressure; mixing is performed in a sherbet-like state at a temperature lower than a melting point of the solvent in the suspension step; the suspension liquid is once frozen and then re-melted before the filtration step, and the like.
