Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to easily analyze a cause of a defect that has occurred to an actual machine being manufactured in a manufacturing line or after assembly.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 1 includes: a setting value reception part that receives setting values for setting operation levels of functions; an HDD 92; a history storage part that stores, in the HDD 92, histories of the received setting values for each of items; a setting value reading part that reads the stored setting values for each of the items; and a setting value output part that outputs the read setting values for each of the items to an external device. A jig 2 includes: a command transmission part 201 that transmits a request to transmit the setting values stored for each of the items to the image forming apparatus 1; a compressed log data receiving part 202 that receives the setting values for each of the items transmitted from the image forming apparatus 1 in response to the request; and an SQL command transmission part 203 that outputs the setting values for each of the items received from the setting value reception part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
